Joe Paterno's Funeral

Joe Paterno's funeral was today, and it was attended by thousands. After the major rape scandal and hiding of Jerry Sandusky's actions, many lost a lot of respect for JoPa. This man was 85 years old and coached Penn State football for 46 years!
Before this scandal, he was a legend, and even after he still is considered one by many! Some are saying he died of a broken heart after being dismissed as head coach, but doctors say his lung cancer developed too far. I am curious of how his reputation and funeral proceedings would have gone if the event had never happened. Joe Paterno is known by all that are college football fans, and we lost a great coach and football icon. Had he not covered up the Sandusky issues, then he would be viewed much differently.
